Shopping Guide
Shipping Date
- Selected Items: Shipped within 1 to 3 days of order placement.
- Other Items (including Premium): Shipped on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. After your order is received, we select the healthiest specimens for shipment. The deadline is 8:00 PM on the Friday of the week preceding the shipping date. Orders placed after this deadline will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping date.
The next shipping date and deadline are displayed on each product page. If you order Selected items together with other items, they will be shipped together on the later shipping date. Closures for the year-end and New Year holidays will be announced in the notice area at the top of the shop.

We ship via Yamato Transport's Takkyubin. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the destination region and the size/number of plants ordered to determine the necessary box size, and are displayed on the checkout screen. Delivery Condition
As a general rule, plants are shipped bare-root, with pots and soil removed. The size listed in the product name is the approximate size of the pot in which the plant was grown.
Ground-Planted Specimens
For specimens planted in the ground, shipping methods vary depending on the size of the plant and the excavation process; therefore, we provide individual quotes for prices and shipping costs. Please consult us via the inquiry button on each product page.
International Shipping
We ship via Japan Post EMS. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by adding the EMS rate to the 10,000 JPY fee for obtaining a phytosanitary certificate (per order). Please allow approximately 2 weeks from your order, as we must obtain Japanese phytosanitary inspection before shipping. Plants are sent bare-root with all soil removed.
A Japanese phytosanitary certificate is attached to every overseas shipment. Please check your country's import requirements, including whether an import permit is needed, before ordering. We cannot provide refunds if items are returned or disposed of for failing to meet import requirements. For details, please see our shipping policy.

Payment Methods
You may use payment methods displayed on the checkout screen, such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Business customers may also use bank transfer (invoiced payment).
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order is placed. If you receive an incorrect item, or if there is a clear defect or damage affecting the plant's growth, please contact us via Inquiry within 7 days of arrival for seeds and within 3 days for plants, attaching photos. We will cover the shipping costs and provide an exchange for an equivalent item for unplanted seeds and plants that have not been repotted. If an equivalent item is unavailable, we will issue a refund up to the purchase price.
Notes on Seeds
- The specific epithets and variety names listed for products are as they were labeled when acquired by our company. We cannot identify all seeds and varieties at the seed stage.
- Many seeds are collected in the wild; there may be individual differences between lots, and natural hybridization may occur.
- We cannot offer compensation based on germination rates. Please check the germination information on the product page before purchasing.
For details, please see our shipping policy and refund policy.
Plant Condition
Leaf condition based on season
During winter, leaf tips may turn red or purple due to the cold, and lower leaves may wither. When the weather warms and growth begins, new leaves will emerge and return to their original color. Please understand this as a seasonal change that does not affect growth. If growing outdoors, keeping the plant dry by stopping watering from December onwards (standard for the Kanto region) helps it overwinter successfully.
Root condition
Bare-root plants are shipped after removing the soil and pruning damaged roots as necessary. Upon arrival, please plant them in well-draining, dry soil and begin watering after about one week. Immediately after planting, keep the plant in a bright location away from direct sunlight to allow the roots to settle.
Packing
We pack plants by securing them so they do not move within the box, while protecting leaf tips and thorns. Please be careful when opening, as some varieties have sharp thorns.
